VALUE DISCOVERY LOOP
I created the Value Discovery Loop (VDL) because I saw so many product teams struggling to do continuous discovery and continuous delivery. The goal is for the a cross-functional product team to work together as they approach the VDL and discover solutions that customers will love, but also work for the business.

ProductTank provides an opportunity for Product Managers in Phoenix to exchange ideas and experiences about Product Design, Development and Management, Business Modeling, Metrics, User Experience and all the other things that get us excited.
Events include talks from speakers on topics around product management as well networking opportunities between members.
KOMFY BIKE SEAT CUSHION
The Komfy product was conceived when I personally had major pain when riding on my indoor cycling bike (aka spin bike). Following my Value Discovery Loop, I realized that many others had this same problem. After validating the product-market fit, prototyping, and testing the product,
Komfy was launched in October 2016 and sold directly to consumers using a custom Shopify store I built and sold on Amazon. I personally designed this product and used overseas manufacturing. Sales grew 620% over 6 years, and the product was in the top 5% of all Shopify stores that launched the same week. I leveraged an influencer community and referrals to drive organic sales without using paid ads.
Komfy capitalized on the Peloton trend, and the product was sunsetted in December of 2022.
